Booking policies, terms and conditions

  • All prices are exclusive of GST unless indicated otherwise.
  • Coworking
    • Minimum booking period is a half day.
    • Payment is due on booking and/or due on invoice.
    • Cancellations are non-refundable. A credit will be issued for any cancellations made 24hrs or more in advance of the booking time/date. Cancellations made less than 24hrs prior to booking will not be issued a refund or credit.
  • Permanent Desk
    • Minimum booking period is one-month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • A signed booking form with a non-refundable payment of the first month is required to secure a permanent desk booking.
    • Payment for permanent desk bookings are to be paid the month in advance, and by the invoice due date indicated which is sent each month to a nominated email address.
    • Cancellations after any minimum booking period require one calendar months’ notice in writing.
  • Two Person Office
    • Minimum booking period is one-month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • A signed booking form with a non-refundable payment of the first month is required to secure the office booking.
    • Payment for office bookings are to be paid the month in advance, and by the invoice due date indicated which is sent each month to a nominated email address.
    • Cancellations after any minimum booking period require one calendar months’ notice in writing.
  • Meeting Room
    • Minimum booking period is one hour.
    • Payment is due on booking and/or due on invoice to confirm the booking.
    • Cancellations are non-refundable, however a credit will be issued for any cancellations made 24hrs or more in advance of the booking. Cancellations made less than 24hrs prior to booking will not be issued a refund or credit.
  • Virtual Office (address use)
    • Minimum booking period is 12-months.
    • A signed booking form with a non-refundable payment of the first month is required to secure a virtual office booking.
    • Payment for virtual office bookings are to be paid the month in advance, and by the invoice due date indicated which is sent each month to a nominated email address. Alternatively virtual office bookings can be paid in full (12-months) on invoice.
    • Cancellation after the minimum booking period requires one calendar months’ notice in writing.
  • Virtual Reception (incoming call management)
    • Minimum booking period is 6-months.
    • A non-refundable setup fee applies.
    • A minimum charge per month applies, plus call charges (calculated on quantity of calls per month).
    • All time and charges will be invoiced at the start of the new month, for the previous months charges.
    • Cancellation after minimum booking period requires one calendar months notice in writing.
  • Virtual Personal Assistant (virtual administration and business support services)
    • Minimum booking period is 1-month.
    • A minimum charge of 2-hours per month applies.
    • A booking confirmation and payment of the account set-up fee (the once off non-refundable set up cost) is required to secure virtual admin services.
    • Time is recorded in 1-minute increments, and at the end of month the total is rounded up to the nearest half hour (30-minute increment).
    • An estimated monthly budget will be set and agreed on, based on the scope of work provided by the client.
    • In the event of the estimated budget being utilised before the end of the month, additional budget will be requested and pre-approved to strive for all works allocated for the month to be completed.
    • Expenses are not included in estimated monthly budgets. Any expenses or purchases made on the client’s behalf will be pre-approved by the client – and can be charged to the clients credit card with receipts always supplied, or if paid for by our business will be on-charged in full plus a 10% purchase fee as a separate line item on the monthly invoice.
    • All bookings and charges will be invoiced at the start of the month for the previous months charges.
    • Cancellation after minimum booking period requires one calendar months’ notice in writing.

Quotes

  • Quotes and services provided are in accordance with the defined booking and/or scope of works.
  • Pricing is subject to change should the extent of requested booking or services change.
  • Pricing is reviewed regularly and subject to change at any time.
  • Quotes/estimates are valid for up to 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Payments

  • Payment terms are strictly due on invoice unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
  • Credit card transaction fees of approximately 1.75%-2.2% apply and are set by merchants.
  • All invoices and client accounts are monitored by Active Credit Control and Debt Recovery. Any debt recovery costs are at the cost of the client.
  • Invoices not paid by the due date may attract a late fee of 10%.
